You will need to either use Open OnDemand or start a graphical SSH connection to use Ncview
Ncview is a browser designed to view visualizations of netCDF data. The program can create a variety of detailed visualizations to allow for easy visual analysis and interpretation of data.
Using Ncview on RCC Resources#
Ncview can be called from the command line on RCC systems by using the command ncview -[OPTS] FILE where -[OPTS]
is a list of command-line options and FILE is the dataset you wish to visualize. Ncview does not require a module to be
loaded in order to run.
